8×12 fluffy tasty focaccia bread, handmade to order with organic flour, olive oil, and various toppings. Served with a side of your choice of a roasted red pepper olive tapenade, or an herby whipped feta yogurt spread.

Garden art toppings will vary and include the possibility of olives, bell peppers, capers, onions, artichokes, garlic, rosemary, parsley, basil, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Please specify at checkout if there is anything you would not like on there.

After creating Garden Focaccia, the remaining fresh veggies are thoughtfully transformed into my “Market Mix” focaccia, a simpler version crafted with a zero waste philosophy for an ever changing loaf that’s just as flavorful and utilizes the snippets of ingredients left from creating food art. Toppings will vary and include the possibility of olives, bell peppers, capers, onions, artichokes, garlic, rosemary, parsley, basil, tomatoes, feta cheese, and mushrooms.
